Asbestos / Demolition Operators

Due to further expansion of our New Zealand division we are seeking Experienced Labourers with proven history working on Construction sites to join our Demolition and Asbestos teams.

The ideal candidate will ideally have experience with working with friable and non-friable asbestos or on demolition projects, and relevant training. 

Higher rates of pay will be offered to candidates with experience in both.

Work is largely in and around the Auckland area, although there may be travel and working away for which you will be well compensated.

Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role you must possess the following

  • Site Safe
  • 3-5 years experience working in a previous labouring/ demolition/asbestos trade role
  • Willingness to work in a high performing team and complete labouring duties as required
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow directions and problem solve
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Any plant operating tickets or trade tickets would be advantageous but not essential
  • Full Drivers License
  • Must be physically fit, and able to do physically demanding work
